Kirsten Cronlund specializes in strengths and resilience coaching. She helps clients to access the best parts of themselves to overcome challenges and to actualize their goals. She holds a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Positive Organizational Development (MPOD) from Case Western Reserve University.
Kirsten incorporates the findings of individual and organizational flourishing into her leadership style, and she uses cutting-edge research findings to help coaching clients flourish professionally and personally.
She teaches courses to senior level leaders as a faculty member of the Weatherhead School of Management’s Executive Education program. Kirsten is also vice principal of the Bryn Athyn Church School, a private K–8 school in the Philadelphia area.
Prior to her current job, Kirsten worked with University of Pennsylvania researcher and professor Dr. Karen Reivich to train Army sergeants and educators in the skills of resilience. She has led workshops and talks on resilience, and she contributed a chapter to the book Resilience: How to Navigate Life’s Curves.
